From my experience, you can face any hardship in your life if you are grateful. Even if you are going through a rough time, there will always be something to be grateful for. Gratitude is what builds resilience.

Despite everything, I've learned from this woman that you fall, you get up and you keep moving. So, for you, my encouragement is never to give up even when the world feels like it's crumbling around you, just keep going.

Ask yourself, what is God’s purpose for me? Pray for it, search for it and pursue it. Don’t look down on yourselves. I’m here to tell you, that you can achieve your dreams, it's possible!

My encouragement for women and girls out there. Rugby is for anyone, not just men and boys. It’s for anyone who has love and passion for it. If you have a passion, doesn't matter what. Go for it and don’t let anybody stop you. It’s your dreams, not theirs. Always follow your heart, go for your dreams and don’t let anything stop you.

My encouragement to you is to do something that makes you proud and something that you are passionate to do. If whatever it is you are aiming for will make you proud and make you happy, then by all means, go for it no matter what. The sky is the limit.

I encourage you, when you’re working towards your dream, just trust the process. You might not see results today or even tomorrow, but the best is yet to come. If you got a dream, remember, it’s not about your gender, or anything else. It’s about how much heart you got.

I encourage you to be positive, be strong, have the confidence to bounce back over adversity, be yourself, and be happy. Most of all, have faith, love, and respect for all.
